Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Release Date Revealed for Various Regions

Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Samsung officially introduced their latest and greatest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 4, on September 3rd, during their Unpacked event held at IFA Berlin 2014. For the time being, the new device is only available for purchase in South Korea (since September 26th), but the company promised to make it available on more than 140 markets by the end of October.
Now, the South Korean phone maker revealed more details about Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date for various regions. The folks at Samsung have posted the below release timeline map on their Facebook account. Even though it’s not a very clear representation of Note 4’s release, it allows us to make an idea of when to expect the new terminal in certain countries.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Release Date
The map shows that the Galaxy Note 4 will become available for purchase on major markets (US, Canada, UK, Europe, and India) in the week starting October 10. Customers living in India and UK will be able to get their hands on the new smartphone starting October 10th, while North Americans will be able to purchase it one week later. In Singapore and Thailand the Note 4 will be available as of the second week of the month, while people living in South America will have to wait until November 5th.
I remind you that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 arrives with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD (1440 x 2560) resolution and 515 ppi, while sporting 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB storage, and microSD (up to 128 GB). Depending on market, the Note 4 is powered either by an octo-core 1.9 GHz Exynos 5433 CPU or a quad-core 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 CPU. The smartphone also arrives with LTE, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy, NFC, IR blaster, and microUSB 2.0. It packs a 16 MP primary camera with optical image stabilization, phase detection autofocus, and 4K video recording support, 3.7 MP user-facing shooter with Wide Selife, and a 3,220 mAh battery with fast charging. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box, of course, customized with Samsung’s proprietary TouchWiz interface.
